The house is exceptional clean, quiet and very secure with individual digital locks fitted to each accommodation room. Common areas including Kitchen,Washrooms and Laundry are cleaned thoroughly twice each week.
Linen is changed weekly. Internet Facilities are available.
All our guests are responsible, respectable and friendly - with the majority staying well beyond the minimum four weeks.
A variety of accommodation is offered and our current weekly rates per room are listed below:

- Twin/Queen Room (Shared Facilities) $285
Our Minimum stay is one month with a refundable two week’s Security Deposit.
All rooms are fully furnished with quality beds & linen, television, micowave, bar fridge, crockery, cultery and some cooking utensils. Each room has its own sink, study desk and chair. There is ample cupboard and wardrobe space.
On site is a common Kitchen and Laundry.
The rear paved courtyard is very peaceful and is screened by a superb Mango Tree and features a waterfall and BBQ.
